Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned (rolled) oats
  • 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 T flaxseed
  • 1 T pecan pieces (optional)
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned (rolled) oats
  • 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
