Ingredients

  • 1 lb Strawberries, frozen
  • 4 small Bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 Tbs Sugar or Sweetener

Directions

  • Wash strawberries, remove stems and place in the freezer.
  • Peel bananas and place in the freezer.
  • When fruit is totally frozen, cut bananas in 1-inch chunks and place in the blender with strawberries.
  • Blend using the pulse setting on your blender until it reaches the consistency of ice cream.
