  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In bowl, mix water, oil, yeast and sugar.
  • Let rest for 15 minutes. This is called proofing the yeast.
  • Mix in salt, egg and flour. Knead until soft and smooth.
  • Form into 12 balls and place onto 9x13 greased baking dish.
  • Allow to rise for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
