Ingredients

• 2 Cups 7 UP
• 1 Cup Soy Sauce
• 1 Cup Oil
• 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
• 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Directions

• You’ll want to marinate the chicken for at least 10 hours. I like to marinate it overnight and throughout the day and then grill it right before dinner.
• Mix the 7UP, Soy Sauce, Oil and Garlic Powder in a deep dish (I use a casserole dish). Place the chicken into the marinade making sure the chicken is covered. The dish should be big enough yet small enough for the chicken to be almost all (if not all) of the way submerged in the marinade.
• Marinate in the fridge for 10+ hours.
• Before serving, grill the chicken until the meat is white all the way through.
