Combine all ingredients except the butter, in a pot. Over med-high heat, bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer until sugar is dissolve. About 90 seconds.
Put your cubed butter in a blender and pour boiling mixture over the top. Blend on med-high speed until fully mixed.
*At this point you can add extra flavorings to create concoctions such as cinnamon honey butter or apple butter. I dont usually do so, because on its own this is incredible! But if you want to...
Add 1/2 tsp of flavor, and blend again. Taste and add more if you so desire.
Pour mixture into jars. I use the med-small mason jars (I believe they are 1/2 pint jars), and it fills 4 of them.
