  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, extra virgin
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup apple slices (optional)
  • 1/2 cups any milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until very smooth, about 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
