Description

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix
• 1 cup of apple sauce
• ½ cup of apple butter
• 3 large eggs
• Icing:
• 1 cup of room temp butter
• 3½ cups of powdered sugar
• ¼ cup of apple butter

Directions

• In a mixing bowl add in all ingredients for cupcakes and blend until just incorporated. Line cupcake pan with liners and divide evenly between the cupcake liners the batter. Follow directions on box and cook until toothpick comes out clean.
• Icing:
• Add in butter to the mixing bowl and whip, then add in powdered sugar and mix until the mixture turn into butter cream. Then add in the apple butter and mix completely.
