Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional, but use fresh and not dried (see below). Here are my best tips for using cilantro)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir to incorporate.
  • Serve with chips or other dippers appropriate to your diet.
