Ingredients

• 4 flour tortillas
• 1 cup Mexican-blend shredded cheese
• 6 eggs, scrambled
• 8 ounces bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

Directions

• Heat a large skillet over medium heat until warmed.
• Lay flour tortilla in skillet, and add 1/4 of the scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup of cheese, and 1/4 of the crumbled bacon.
• Flip the other side of the tortilla on top of the filling.
• Cook tortilla until browned on both sides.
• Serve warm.
