Make the regular pancake batter. Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle, make sure the hole is big enough for pouring the batter from it. Cut a little bigger tip if needed. Grease the griddle with oil or apply the non-stick spray. Heat to medium, or about 300 F. Pour batter onto the griddle creating a long oval. Ovals must be slightly bigger than bacon slices. The batter will expand while cooking, so make sure they aren’t too large. Arrange a slice of cooked bacon in the center of each oval, and gently press bacon into the pancake batter. Pour zig-zag batter on top of each bacon, so that will prevent over-cooking of the bacon. Cook for couple of minutes until slightly brown on each side. Serve immediately along with syrup and butter.
