Bacon Wrapped Tater Bites

  • 1 lb Bacon

• Produce

  • 30 Tater tots, frozen

• Condiments

  • 1 tsp A-1 sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar

Ingredients

• 1 lb. bacon (cut slices into thirds)
• 30-40 frozen tater tots
• ½ cup brown sugar
• Dipping Sauce:
• ⅓ cup Ketchup
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 Tbs.Honey Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. A-1 sauce

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
• Wrap each tater tot with ⅓ slice of bacon. (you can do ½ a slice for more bacon if you like)
• Roll each bacon wrapped tot in the brown sugar until well coated.
• Place seam side down onto the prepared cookie sheet.
• Bake 20-25 minutes.
• While cooking make dipping sauce by mixing together all the ingredients and keeping refrigerated until ready to serve.
