Baked “bacon” shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 lb Shiitake mushrooms

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 cup Oil

Ingredients

• 1 pound of shiitake mushrooms (trimmed and sliced)
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ cup oil

Directions

• Preheat the oven 375F.
• On a baking sheet toss mushrooms with salt, pepper and olive oil.
• Baked for 30 minutes or until browned and crispy.
• While the mushrooms are baking, keeping tossing them with with tongs or a spoon to bake evenly.
