Baked Brie with Wine-Soaked Blueberries

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz.) round brie in wooden box
• 6 oz. fresh blueberries
• ½ c red wine
• 2 tsp. sugar
• crackers, bread, mini toasts, chips, etc. for serving

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove brie from box, and slice off the top of the brie. Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
• Add blueberries, red wine, and sugar to a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, turn off heat and allow to reduce.
• Carefully place brie to a serving platter and top with blueberry reduction. Service with your favorite crackers or baguette slices.
