Crispy baked pita chips are a healthy snack treat. Made with whole wheat pitas, oil and a little seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 mini whole wheat pitas or 1 regular whole wheat pita
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Fine grain sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat toaster oven or oven to 375 F.
  • Brush both sides of pitas with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Slice mini pitas into 4 wedges and regular pitas into 6 wedges.
  • Place wedges onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 6 to 9 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Serve wedges warm or cooled with your favorite dip.
