Baked Pork Loin Recipe With A Brown Sugar & Honey Glaze

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin

Directions

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
• Heat olive oil in fry pan on medium-high heat.
• In large ziplock bag, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne. Add tenderloin and shake until coated.
• Saute tenderloin until all sides are a nice brown color.
• While sauteing, combine brown sugar, honey and butter in a small saucepan. Cook on low stirring consistently until you have a nice smooth glaze. (about 3 minutes)
• Place your tenderloin in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish and coat with about half of the glaze.
• Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 155 degrees F.
• Remove foil, coat with remaining glaze and bake 10 more minutes.
