Directions

  • Preheat the oven on a high broil setting. Line a pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, combine balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, thyme, crush red pepper flakes and olive oil. Bring to a simmer and cook until liquid has reduced by half.
  • Brush balsamic glaze onto the meat.
  • Broil the meat for 4-5 minutes per side while reapplying the glaze as needed. Then let rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly and enjoy!
