  • ⅓ Cup butter
  • ⅓ Cup sugar
  • 1 Banana, mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ⅛ Cup flour
  • ¼ Cup rolled oats
  • ½ Tsp vanilla
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp baking powder

Directions

  • In a bowl cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add the banana, egg, oats, cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder.
  • Add the flour and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form small balls of dough, placing them 2 inches apart. Flat them with the help of a fork.
  • Take to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool before eating them
