Ingredients

• 2 C chocolate chips
• 1 C peanut butter
• 8 Tbsp softened butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 C corn chex
• 3 C powdered sugar

Directions

• Microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter for 60 seconds, and stir until smooth
• add the vanilla and stir
• pour over the cereal and carefully mix until its well covered
• Get a large garbage bag and pour half the powdered sugar in the bottom
• pour the cereal into the bag, and add the rest of the powdered sugar.
• Now comes the fun, trying to keep as much air in the bag as you can, shake the bags, a lot, until all the chex pieces are covered
