Beet, Pear & Prosciutto Bites With Creamy Maple Pecan Sauce

  • 3 oz Prosciutto

• Produce

  • 1 Mint, fresh
  • 1 Pear, peeled and cut into 1” cubes, medium
  • 2 packages White wine + balsamic marinated love beets

• Canned Goods

  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream

• Condiments

  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 5 tbsp Pecan

• Other

  • Long Toothpicks

Directions

• Pierce each toothpick with one small beet (cut in ½ if needed), ½ piece of prosciutto and 1 piece of pear.
• To make the sauce, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Drizzle the beet appetizers with the sauce, or serve on the side as a dip! Wasn’t that easy?! Enjoy!!
