Blood Orange and Rosemary Cocktails

  • 1 cup Blood orange, freshly squeezed juice

Ingredients

• 1 cup freshly-squeezed blood orange juice
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary (approximately 3-4 inches long)
• Mionetto Prestige Brut

Directions

• Heat the blood orange juice, sugar, and rosemary over medium heat until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove rosemary sprig from the simple syrup and allow to cool completely. Chill the simple syrup in the refrigerator for several hours.
• Add two tablespoons of blood orange and rosemary simple syrup to the bottom of your glass. Top with chilled Mionetto Prestige Brut.
