Blood Orange Gin and Tonic

• Produce

  • 1/2 cup Blood orange, juice
  • 1/4 Lime

• Drinks

  • 1/2 cup Tonic water, good quality

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 shot Gin, good quality

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup blood orange juice (1-2 blood oranges)
• 1/2 cup good quality tonic water, such as Fever Tree or Whole Foods 365
• 1/4 - 1/2 lime, juiced (I like a lot of lime)
• 1 shot good quality gin, such as Bombay Sapphire

Directions

• Combine all ingredients.
• Serve over ice.
