Description

Blueberry Cream Cheese Truffles recipe made with 4 natural ingredients. Doesnt get any easier than this to make these lower-sugar blueberry truffles. {Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Vegan Subs}

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (Or DF cream cheese substitution)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup b][powdered sugar [/b]
6 ounces b][dark chocolate [/b]

Directions

Take your blueberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar and puree in the food processor.
Chill dough for 30 minutes before scooping.
Use a cookie scoop and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place baking sheet in freezer for another 30-45 minutes to firm up.
Prepare a double boiler system and melt chocolate.
Using a fork dip truffles into chocolate and place back onto baking sheet.
Store in the fridge. Serve chilled.
