Blueberry Cucumber Moscow Mule

  • 5 Blueberries
  • 1 slice Cucumber

• Condiments

  • 1/2 Lime juice, fresh-squeezed

• Drinks

  • 4 oz Ginger beer

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz vodka
• .5 fresh squeezed lime juice
• 5-6 blueberries
• 1 slice peeled cucumber
• 4-5 oz ginger beer

Directions

• Place the blueberries and cucumber slice into the bottom of a glass.
• Using a muddler, completely macerate the blueberries and cucumber slice.
• Add vodka and lime juice.
• Fill the glass about three quarters full of crushed ice.
• Add in the ginger beer.
• Stir and garnish with a blueberry and cucumber.
• Enjoy!
