Bourbon Apple Cider Cocktail

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

  • 5 oz Apple cider
  • 2 oz Ginger ale

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 oz Bourbon

• Other

  • {optional garnish} apple slice and/or cinnamon stick

Ingredients

• 5 oz. apple cider
• 3 oz. bourbon
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 oz. ginger ale
• {optional garnish} cinnamon, sparkling sugar and maple syrup
• {optional garnish} apple slice and/or cinnamon stick

Directions

• {Optional garnish} Combine the cinnamon and sugar and place on a small plate. Pour small amount of maple syrup on a separate plate. Dip each glass into the maple syrup and then into the cinnamon + sugar mixture. Set glasses aside and fill each with ice.
• Using a shaker, add apple cider, bourbon and lemon juice. Shake until well combined. Pour into prepared glasses and then top each glass with ginger ale.
• {Optional garnish} Garnish glasses with apple wedge and/or cinnamon stick before serving.
