A healthy protein-filled pumpkin cookie, perfect for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups oats (I ground mine up to trick the kids, but you can leave them whole)
  • 2 scoops protein powder (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add everything to a bowl and mix together. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before eating. Store in sealed container in refrigerator for 1 week.
