Ingredients

• 12 sheets filo pastry
• 100g (1/2 cup) butter, melted
• 250g (9oz) brie, cut into 18 chunks
• 18 tsp cranberry sauce
• sesame seeds, optional

Directions

• Preheat oven to 200C/390F. Grease two baking sheets.
• Place two sheets of filo pastry on top of each other, with the widest edge facing you, and brush all over with some melted butter.
• Place 3 of the brie chunks, evenly spaced, along the bottom, top each with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
• Roll the pastry up from the bottom upwards, cut into three parcels, brush with some more butter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds if using.
• Repeat with the remaining pastry and brie. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
