Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 package elbow noodles
• ½ cup milk
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup buffalo sauce
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
• crumbled blue cheese, optional

Directions

• Cook the elbow macaroni according to the directions on the package.
• After the noodles cook, add the milk, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, paprika, garlic powder salt and pepper.
• Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
• Put the pasta mixture, cheese and chicken in a Bakers Secret Bake & Serve dish.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
• Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and crumbled blue cheese.
• Serve and enjoy!
