Butterscotch and White Chocolate Coffee

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Confectioners' sugar

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups hot brewed coffee (divided)
• 2 Tbs. Butterscotch Morsels (divided)
• 2 Tbs. White Chocolate Morsels (divided)
• 4 tsp Sugar (divided)
• 4 Tbs Half and Half (divided)
• 1/2 Tbs. Butterscotch and White chocolate morsels finely chopped for garnish
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 1/2 Tbs. Confectioners Sugar

Directions

• Put 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in a cooled metal bowl, and with a hand held mixture beat on low for about 2 or 3 minutes until soft peaks form. Add the confectioners sugar and beat an additional 30 seconds. Put in the refrigerator until coffee is ready.
• Brew two cups of coffee, add 1 Tbs. of Butterscotch Morsels and 1 Tbs. of White Chocolate Morsels to each cup of coffee. Stir until melted. Add 2 Tbs. of Half and Half to each cup of coffee and 2 tsp of sugar to each cup of coffee and stir.
• Scoop whipped cream on top of coffee, sprinkle chopped morsels over whipped cream.
• *To serve chilled place the coffee mixture in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes, then top with the whipped cream mixture.
