Caesar Deviled Eggs (Caesar “Salad”

  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked, and drained small

  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Description

Ingredients

• 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved (my method for boiling eggs is found below this recipe.)
• 1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
• 6 slices of bacon, sliced small, cooked, and drained
• 1 tsp. mustard (optional)
• Salt and pepper
• Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions

• Remove the yellow yolk from each egg and place into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in caesar dressing, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
• Place mixture into a piping or sandwich bag. Snip off corner and pipe mixture into each egg white. You can also use a spoon.
• Season with bacon and Parmesan cheese if desired.
• Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
