Caesar Pasta Salad

  • 2 Chicken breasts

  • 2 Anchovies

• Produce

  • 1 clove Garlic, large
  • 1 1/2 cups Grape tomatoes
  • 4 Green onions. green parts
  • 6 Romaine lettuce, leaves large

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• Pasta & Grains

  • 1 lb Penne pasta

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 1/2 cups Croutons

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream

Directions

• In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise through the Worcestershire sauce.
• Toss half of the dressing with the pasta and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Mix in remaining ingredients including the remaining dressing and serve.
