  • 1 lb medium Wild Caught Shrimp, cooked and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • ¼ cup mayo (for Whole30 we like Tessemaes or Primal Kitchen)
  • 1 large avocado, cubed
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 shallot finely diced
  • 1 tbs Tessemaes roasted garlic spread OR 3 large cloves, minced
  • 1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
  • juice of ½ a lemon, about 2 tsp
  • 1 tbs Cajun Seasoning

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until evenly incorporated.
  • Serve as is or place in a romaine leaf for a tasty wrap
