Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats

  • 8 cups Crisped rice cereal

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 cup Colored sprinkle
  • 3 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup White cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cup White chocolate chips

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Butter, salted
  • 1 1/4 4 cup cup Condensed milk

  • 10 oz Marshmallows

Directions

• Prepare a 13x9 pan by spraying lightly with cooking spray or buttering lightly. Set aside.
• In large saucepan over medium-low heat, combine butter and condensed milk and stir until butter is completely melted.
• Add marshmallows, once they begin to melt stir in cake mix.
• Stir well until marshmallows are completely melted.
• Reduce heat to very low and stir in vanilla extract.
• Stir in cereal and stir. Before mixture is completely mixed, remove pan from heat, scatter in sprinkles and stir until they are distributed through mixture.
• Spread into prepared pan.
• Prepare the frosting by combining white chocolate chips and condensed milk in small saucepan over low heat until chocolate chips are completely melted.
• Gradually stir in cake mix and vanilla extract until cake mix is dissolved.
• Remove from heat and immediately spread over rice krispie treats.
• Sprinkle with 1/4 cup colored sprinkles.
• Allow to cool at least 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
