Caramel Apple Mule: Entertaining with Powell & Mahoney

  • 2 oz Powell & mahoney old ballycastle ginger mixer

  • 3 oz Powell & mahoney sparkling ginger beer mixer

Ingredients

• 2 ounces apple flavored vodka
• 2 ounces Powell & Mahoney Old Ballycastle Ginger mixer
• 3-4 ounces Powell & Mahoney Sparkling Ginger Beer mixer
• apple wheel
• caramel sauce

Directions

• Fill a shaker with ice, 2 ounces of apple vodka and 2 ounces of Old Ballycastle Ginger.
• Give it shake and pour it into a copper Mule mug or a Collins glass. Add more ice, if necessary.
• Top with 3-4 ounces of sparkling Ginger Beer mixer.
• Garnish with an apple wheel and drizzle caramel sauce over the mug.
