Ooey gooey delicious pretzel caramel bars with chocolate chips and coconut-this is such an easy dessert and always a HUGE hit when I make them!

Ingredients

  • 18 graham crackers (2 sleeves), crushed
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cup mini pretzel sticks, broken
  • 11 oz package caramel bits
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9 by 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • Mix melted butter and graham crackers in a medium bowl and then press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • Pour half the can of condensed milk over the graham crackers.
  • Sprinkle with 1 cup of pretzels.
  • Melt caramel bits in a small bowl in the microwave according to package instructions.
  • Pour over the pretzels and use a spatula sprayed with nonstick spray to smooth evenly.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips and coconut.
  • Pour remaining condensed milk over the bars and top with remaining pretzels. For extra pretty presentation I like to add some extra chocolate chips on top as well.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until coconut is golden.
  • Allow to cool before slicing.
