Caramel Toffee Apple Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• ¾ cup light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 Tablespoons salted caramel topping (I used Smuckers)
• 1 (8 ounce) bag chocolate covered toffee bits (minus ½ cup)
• Tart apples, sliced

Directions

• Mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and salted caramel sauce in a medium sized bowl with a hand mixer.
• Stir in the toffee bits.
• Serve right away with apples or graham crackers.
• You can refrigerate up to 5 days.
