Ingredients

• 1 bottle of VOVETI prosecco
• fresh raspberries
• vanilla ice cream

Directions

• Start with a clean champagne flute. Add a layer of fresh raspberries (approximately 3-4 berries). On top of the raspberries, add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add another layer of fresh raspberries (approximately 3-4 berries). Add a final small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Fill the glass with VOVETI prosecco. It’ll produce quite a bit of foam, so wait until it’s settled, and then top off the glass. Serve immediately– and enjoy!
