• 12 romaine leaves
• 12 breadsticks (or cheese straws)
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

• Combine salt, champagne vinegar,mayonnaise, olive oil, and sour cream. Whisk to combine. Fill champagne glasses with 1-2 tablespoons of creamy champagne dressing. Add a romaine leaf and breadstick to each champagne glass. Serve and enjoy!
