Chicken and Cornbread Bites with Homemade Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup Mustard, yellow

Ingredients

• Cornbread muffins (Made from your favorite recipe or according to a box mix directions)
• Tyson Crispy Strips
• ¼ cup honey
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ⅛ cup Dijon mustard
• ⅛ cup yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• pinch of salt

Directions

• Bake Tyson Crispy Strips according to package directions and cut into small bite size pieces.
• Wisk together all ingredients for honey mustard sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
• When ready to assemble, place a small amount of honey mustard sauce on top of a mini-cornbread muffin. Top it with a small piece of a crispy strip. Secure with a toothpick. Drizzle more honey mustard sauce on top.
