Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bark

  • 1 1/2 oz Cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup Thm gentle sweet (or my version

Description

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup THM gentle sweet (or my version)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1.5 oz cream cheese
• pinch of sea salt
• 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Directions

• Combine the butter and sweetener in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Cook until light brown and thickened. Remove from the heat.
• Stir in the extracts and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is thoroughly incorporated.
• Pour onto a small rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
• Put in the fridge to let set. It might take a day or two. Once it is firm you can break it into pieces.
