Directions

• Prepare the cookies according the directions on the packet, then allow them to cool.
• Cover the flat side of a cookie with a heaped tablespoon of ice-cream, then use the flat side of another cookie to top, forming a sandwich.
• Spread the morsels or sprinkles on a plate, then roll the sides of the sandwiches in them, to coat all around.
• Serve and enjoy, or cover in plastic wrap and freeze.
