Chocolate Covered Orange Slices

Description

Ingredients

• Oranges, tangerines or clementines- peeled and separated
• Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate (either chips or bars work)
• Coconut Oil
• Parchment paper lined cookie sheet

Directions

• Break up your chocolate bar and place in a microwave safe bowl- micro for 30 seconds.
• Remove and stir well.
• Add a small amount of coconut oil- approximately ½ teaspoon for a 3.5 oz chocolate bar. If you are using chocolate chips or dark chocolate you might add slightly more- about 1 teaspoon.
• Stir coconut oil in well to integrate with chocolate.
• Return to microwave in 20 second intervals until completely melted and smooth, stirring well each time.
• Dip the end of your orange slice into the chocolate mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
• Put in freezer for about 20 minutes until nice and hard and remove to enjoy!
