Ingredients

• 1 16oz package chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1 8oz package cream cheese
• 5 tbl Nutella hazelnut spread
• 16 oz white chocolate chips, melted

Directions

• Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until pulverized into fine crumbs.
• Pour cookies crumbs into medium sized bowl and add cream cheese and nutella, mix with electric hand mixer until completely blended.
• Roll cookie mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
• Move cookie sheet to freezer for 20-30 minutes.
• Once time passes, melt chocolate in double boiler over medium heat.
• Remove sheet pan from freezer and using a fork for the ball to sit on, dip each ball into the melted chocolate and roll around to coat. Let excess chocolate drip away and return covered ball to the parchment paper. Add sprinkles if using while the chocolate coating is still warm
• Repeat process for all the cookie balls
• When all have been coated, refrigerate for 1 hour and store any leftovers in a covered container back in the refrigerator
