Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 ¼ cups flour
• ¾ tsp. baking soda
• ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 350°. Cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Roll cookie dough into small balls and place in mini muffin pans. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. After they come out of the oven, when still hot, press a miniature Reese’s peanut butter cup into each cookie. Cool about 10 minutes and carefully remove them from the muffin pan; serve.
