Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Uncooked Rice (Jasmine)
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari Sauce (or Soy Sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Veggies (I use peas and carrots, and a little broccoli)

Directions

  • Cook rice according to the method you normally use. Melt butter in a skillet and add veggies to pan. Add Tamari Sauce to pan and toss veggies to coat. Continue to cook veggies until tender. Add cooked rice (2 cups cooked) to pan and toss until rice is will coated in sauce. Note: You may need to add a bit more Tamari Sauce at this point to get the color that you are used to. Dont overdo it though, it can get really bitter! Stop and taste test after each addition of sauce.
