Description

Ingredients

• 1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup butter
• 1 bag (10.5 oz.) colored marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
• 1 bag shredded coconut

Directions

• Melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir until smooth and let cool to room temperature. (You dont want to melt the marshmallows.)
• Stir in the marshmallows and nuts, if desired.
• Spread coconut on wax paper, scoop out chocolate mixture over the coconut, and roll into a log, coating all the sides in coconut.
• Wrap tightly and freeze.
• While still frozen, remove the wax paper and slice into 1 slices.
