    • 1 cup Quick oats
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    • 3 oz Dark or milk chocolate
    • 2 tbsp Maca powder
    • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup quick oats (uncooked)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp maca powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 oz dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey

Directions

  • Mix together the first five ingredients, then add the peanut butter and honey.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is mixed together and forms a hard dough that isnt sticky. If you need to, add more oats.
  • Roll the dough into small balls, and refrigerate in an airtight container.
  • Serves: 6-8 balls
