Cinnamon Pecan Streusel Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup pecans chopped
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1-1/4 cup flour
• pinch salt
• 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a small bowl stir together sugar, vanilla and flour. Cut in flour.
• Stir in cinnamon and pecans and set aside.
• In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar.
• Add egg and mix until combined.
• Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
• Press into an even layer in greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
• Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
• Add eggs and mix until combined.
• Pour over bar base and bake for 20 minutes.
• Remove bars from oven and top with Cinnamon Pecan Streusel. Return bars to oven.
• Turn oven off and prop door open 1 and let bars cool for 15 minutes in oven.
• Remove bars from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before putting in fridge to complete cooling at least two hours before serving.
