Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 cup milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine rice, milk and granulated sugar. Cook uncovered, over medium heat for 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat, stir vanilla and cinnamon. Spoon into serving dishes. Pudding can be served warm or cold.
  • Serves: 4-6 servings
