Ingredients

• 2 Ounces light rum
• 2 Ounces* coconut cream (not coconut milk)
• 4 Ounces pineapple juice
• 1 cup crushed ice
• pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Directions

• Place ice, coconut cream, rum, and pineapple juice in a blender.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Serve in a hurricane glass garnished with pineapple wedge, cherry, and umbrella.
