Ingredients

  • ½ cup (90 g) almonds
  • 1 cup (250 g) packed prunes
  • 1 Tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup (45 g) shredded coconut

Directions

  • In a food processor, process almonds until coarsely ground. Add prunes, chia seeds, orange zest, and salt, and process until the mixture is evenly mixed and forms a ball.
  • Form teaspoon sized pieces of dough into balls and roll in the shredded coconut to coat.
